Deep in the Amazon of Bolivia, at the edges of the jungle, lies a region known as the Pampas. The pampas is a labyrinth of narrow river channels criss-crossing through thick overgrowth. It’s teeming with wildlife from river dolphins to monkeys to alligators. Here in the pampas, only accessible by boat, is one of the best destinations to watch a sunset you will ever see. Fittingly named “The Sunset Bar” you can lay in their hammocks sipping on drinks while you watch the sun drop. Or if you are feeling adventurous enough, that marsh beyond the deck is actually a soccer pitch with a volleyball court right next to it, both ready for you to play a game in shin deep water and mud.
